2. Company Registration & Subscription

• To post products, a company must subscribe to a plan (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Companies are responsible for providing accurate business information.

3. Product Listings & Sales

• Companies can list products/services but sales are handled via direct customer inquiry (phone number only).
• Bizixo is not responsible for transactions between companies and customers.

4. Acceptable Use

• Companies must not list illegal, restricted, or misleading products/services.
• Spamming or fraudulent activities will result in account suspension.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Subscription cancellations must be requested before renewal to avoid auto-charges.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee sales or customer inquiries.
• We are not liable for disputes between companies and customers.
