1. Subscription Refunds

  • No refunds for active subscriptions (1-month, 3-month, 12-month plans).
  • If a company wishes to cancel, it must do so before renewal.

2. Product Returns

  • Bizixo does not handle returns since transactions happen outside our platform.
  • Customers must directly contact the company for return or refund inquiries.

3. Service Issues

  • If the website is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, subscription extensions may be granted at our discretion.
