1. Subscription Refunds
- No refunds for active subscriptions (1-month, 3-month, 12-month plans).
- If a company wishes to cancel, it must do so before renewal.
2. Product Returns
- Bizixo does not handle returns since transactions happen outside our platform.
- Customers must directly contact the company for return or refund inquiries.
3. Service Issues
- If the website is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, subscription extensions may be granted at our discretion.
